Reception and Supper

We will meet at our hotel on the edge of Monterey Bay to
welcome everyone to Monterey, say our hellos and catch up on the latest
news over drinks and a delicious buffet supper featuring local cuisine.
You'll also receive any additional information, materials or tickets you
will need for your chosen group activities. The reception, drinks and supper
are included in your registration fees. Dress is informal. |

Those who wish will gather at the hotel to regale each other with tales
of their day's adventure. Dinner afterward is at your leisure. |

Winery tour and tasting
|
Join the avant garde for a personal tour and tasting at the local wine
estate where our banquet will be held. The tour and tasting are optional.
Our banquet will follow immediately after the tour. |

Banquet at the Winery

We join together as a family to enjoy each other's company, good cheer
and good food at a Carmel Valley wine estate. The casual dinner will feature
the estate's wines and California cuisine in a dramatic setting, serving
as the nexus
for our memories of this, the Fourth Concilium Maximum. |
